Propaganda Minister admits SPDC are terrorists
In future, only those who express absolute obedience to the SPDC will be allowed to live in Burma. It has become apparent over the last few months that the SPDC has been in conspiracy with several renegade countries that are committed to greed over humanity and are prepared to supply arms and ammunition to the terrorist state machine – the SPDC - in exchange for money obtained from Burma’s natural resources and illicit drugs activities. We try to clarify the situation regarding the current terrorist government.
The SPDC along with its puppet party the USDA and armed drugs army the UWSA have been coordinating attacks on the peace-loving people of Burma to bring terror to the people of Burma. The SPDC have been burning villages and persecuting villagers, causing them to flee in terror to the safety of the borderlands. The villagers of these so-called safe areas on the border have been protected from death, torture, rape and pillage by the peace-loving freedom fighters who offer the only protection from the SPDC that many people know. These freedom fighters have the temerity to offer protection to civilians and prevent the SPDC from killing, raping, torturing and terrorising the civilian population, in contravention of SPDC state policy promoting genocide and persecution.
The SPDC and USDA have been in contact with other terror regimes to ensure that their tactics have the maximum impact. The USDA have been learning what it takes to bring peaceful pro-democracy groups into the open to allow the USDA to target their venom and coordinate with SPDC thugs in murdering people on the streets of Burma.
With the UWSA, the SPDC have been managing their money laundering schemes to bring arms for illicit drugs cash. The UWSA have been prospering from their ‘ice’ factories and poppy fields, although the methamphetamine production is lower cost, less labour intensive and more difficult to locate – hence the focus on new markets. With increased international concern over money laundering, the SPDC have been forced to use these ill-gotten gains for internal development, funding of their new capital and purchase of new arms and ammunition.
Now that the focus of attention is placed on bomb explosions in Rangoon, the SPDC have attained another opportunity to push the blame onto their opponents. All groups calling for a change to a democratic, freely elected government and for tripartite talks regarding the immediate transfer of power have become targets for the SPDC and their thugs. Every group that wishes to see a peaceful end of the SPDC have been branded as ‘peace-niks’ – those whose only concern is to bring peace to Burma. Every effort will now be expending the SPDC to place the blame for every criminal act in Burma on these groups, and ensure that a state of terror and war continues for as long as the SPDC dictates that it should. And if any member of these pro-democracy groups speaks with a foreigner (i.e. someone who does not conform to the SPDC definition of a Burmese citizen) will also be branded as being in league with international peace-loving groups and nations. Speaking to a foreigner is to become a capital offence in Burma. Speaking to any organisations associated with the United Nations, the International Labour Organisation, the International Committee of the Red Cross, or any other non-governmental organisations involved with humanitarian relief is to be considered an enemy of the SPDC state. Such organisations are only trying to bring water, food, healthcare, education, self-sufficiency, self-confidence and well-being to the people of Burma. The SPDC will no longer tolerate such actions, as these organisations are only motivated by compassion and the desire to enable the people of Burma to survive in the state of affairs that the SPDC wishes to maintain.
Not only is the Minister of Propaganda involved in these acts of terrorism and conspiracy with other terrorist groups, but so too are all of the generals in the SPDC. If they accomplish their mission, they will be lavishly rewarded – by themselves – with large pay rises, new mansions and golden statues of themselves at the parade ground in Pyinmana – the size of each in accordance with the degree of terror and the amount of damage that they can claim as their own. The SPDC will continue to plant bombs and to make accusations about bomb-planting against its opponents until the terror of the people is complete. The SPDC will continue to involve all of its undercover operatives in these acts of terrorism against the people of Burma. The SPDC have also instructed their army commanders and soldiers to continue their practice of raping village girls and women as a continuing act of barbarism and suppression. Creating an atmosphere of fear and terror is uppermost in the minds of the SDPC, and acts of cruelty will be duly rewarded.
The Minister for Propaganda went on to state that the SPDC wishes to destroy the environment of Burma, to deny future generations of any natural resources. It has been very successful to date and will continue its plan to sell all available resources to those countries which it is in conspiracy to defraud the people of Burma. Teak, gas, rubies, water, people (for forced manual labour or the sex industry) are all available from the SPDC - at the right price. The Tasang Dam project is just one more nail in the coffin of environmental damage. If there are other projects that will benefit the generals and the SPDC, and at the same time can be seen to be detrimental to the people of Burma, it is the responsibility of every duty conscious citizen of Burma to inform the SPDC to bring about further environmental destruction at an early opportunity.
The Minister of Propaganda went on to criticise the expatriate community for acts of opposition to the SPDC. It is well known that these groups have been calling for peace and democracy for many years. The Minster stated categorically that democracy is a very long way down the road – and the road is about to be blown up by the SPDC to ensure that Burma doesn’t reach it. Some of these expatriate community groups are known to discuss peace and democracy with other foreigners and overseas governments, to try and bring pressure to bear on the SPDC to change. This outrageous action of unpatriotic meddling will be ignored for as long as possible. If these expatriates wish to return to Burma, the SPDC will be only too glad to accommodate them at Insein and other salubrious establishments at its own expense. Calling for freedom of speech, freedom of elections, freedom of association and other freedoms will not be tolerated in the SPDC dictatorship. These ideas of freedom and democracy are abhorrent to a terrorist organisation such as the SPDC and will be suppressed for ever.
The SPDC has been making great leaps forward with sabotage of the pro-democracy movement in Burma and overseas. The SPDC has decided to ignore any organisation that calls for political change or humanitarian assistance. Instead, the SPDC will concentrate its efforts on countries that don’t ask any questions or make any demands for change, who give us the money and take our natural resources, who sell us arms and ammunition so that the SPDC can continue its acts of terror on the people of Burma. The SPDC has a long term aim of becoming impervious and impregnable – in the future no one will want to come to Burma.
The SPDC has also made great strides in contravening international conventions, without being called upon to retract or repent. Indeed, many international organisations have been trying to make headway in Burma and from overseas to try and intimidate the SPDC into complying with international agreements and conventions. Whatever they are - Geneva convention, agreements for terrorism, money-laundering, narcotics trafficking, or labour agreements - the SPDC will continue to resist complying with them unless there is a large reward for the SPDC and the generals. If the people of Burma stand to benefit form compliance, the SPDC will continue to oppose compliance.
The SPDC will continue to oppose the will of the people of Burma and will brutally suppress any attempt to bring about a peaceful resolution to the current situation regarding the ‘roadmap’. The SPDC fully intend that until the people of Burma submit to the will of the SPDC there will not be peace. State terrorism will continue. Until the people of Burma are totally yielding to the SPDC and have become totally enslaved to the state, peace will not prevail. The SPDC will make sure of that!
