The first pot represents 12th Feb. 1947, Panglong Agreement, now called Union Day. The Shan, Kachin and Chin who signed the Panglong Agreement with the Burman helped to achieve independence. The Burman is in the pot calling for help and they are pulling him out of the boiling water.
The second pot represents 2nd March 1962 when the Burman seized military control, abolished the Panglong Agreement and stopped the Federal Movement. The Burman is pushing the Shan, Kachin and Chin into the pot.
The third pot represents the condition today in Burma; 12th Feb. 2008, the 61st Union Day when the whole of Burma have become victims of the 'King of Hell and Chaos'. All ethnic groups are being pushed into the pot by the SPDC.
