Myanmar junta leader says democracy cannot be
hurried.

We can say that he is right

because

As long as the Shans still dare try to secede out,

As long as the Shans still dare try to propose
federal proposal,

As long as the Shans still dare to rebel against Burmese regime,

As long as the Shans still dare to talk about"Panglong Agreement",

As long as the Shans still dare to struggle for freedom,

As long as the Shans are still the majority in Shan State,

As long as the Shans still have prominent leaders leading them,

As long as the Burmese junta can rest assured to detain
because of Shan movement,

As long as the Burmese junta cannot win enough
assimilated Shans,

Most important of all, for as long as Shans will still be Shans,
Democracy for Burma (democracy the Burmese way) cannot be
hurried.
